Fmr WFD Aerial Truck donated to Historical Society

The owner of an aerial fire truck that once belonged to the Port City Fire Department has donated it to the Fire Historical Society of Wilmington. The truck was placed in service in nineteen sixty three and remained in service until sometime in the late eighties. The truck will be moved today from its location on Carolina Beach Road to Marlboro Street where it will be stored by the Society.
