Gov. Bev Perdue Appoints McColl to Cape Fear Community
College Board of Trustees RALEIGH-- Gov. Bev Perdue has
appointed Louise F. McColl of Wilmington to the Cape Fear
Community College Board of Trustees. McColl is the president
and owner of McColl and Associates Inc.  She is a member of
BB&T Advisory Board, Sports Hall of Fame Board, Good Friends
Board, Wilmington Executive Club and American Executives of
North Carolina.  In 2008, she received the Established
Chamber Advocate for Outstanding Contributions to the
Chamber and Community. She is a graduate of New Hanover High
School. The Cape Fear Community College Board of Trustees
elects the president, employ personnel, purchase land
necessary for the operation of the college. The board
applies standards for admission and graduation, receives
gifts and donations, and provides for the administration of
all educational and occupational services. The board also
establishes public or private partnerships for the support
of the institution. ###
